Jennifer Scheffel joined PFM Asset Management LLC in 2004. In her capacity as Senior Managing Consultant, Counsel, Ms. Scheffel serves as the Corporate Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Officer for registered investment companies and local government investment pools. As in-house counsel, Ms. Scheffel drafts and reviews offering documentation, SEC filings, contracts and other fund related materials, as well as investment advisory agreements for individual portfolios.

Prior to joining PFM, Ms. Scheffel was an attorney with Ambac Financial Group, Inc., PlusFunds Corporation, Cozen & O'Connor and the Bronx County District Attorney's Office.
Ms. Scheffel received her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Marketing Management from Salisbury State University in Maryland. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. Ms. Scheffel holds her FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
