Cynthia Sneed joined PFM in 2007 and is currently staffed in the Phoenix office. Cynthia works as a client liaison for Arizona clients coordinating client services.

Prior to joining PFM, Ms. Sneed worked for Wells Fargo Bank Government Banking where she managed banking relationships with large governmental clients.

Ms. Sneed also spent 13 years working within government finance in Arizona, at both the state and local level and higher education.

Cynthia graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Arizona.
