Mr. Leli has served as a teacher, a principal, and a school superintendent in Illinois public schools for over twenty years. He consulted at Eastern Illinois University and taught School Law at Northern Illinois University and Loyola University.

He is employed as a Senior Marketing Representative for PFM in the greater Chicago area. Bob was instrumental in leading the marketing efforts for the Illinois Institutional investors Trust "IIIT". In this capacity, his primary responsibilities are the direct marketing and enrollment of over 100 clients with assets of $417 million since the inception of the Trust.

Mr. Leli holds a B.S. degree in History, an M.S. degree in Educational Administration, and a doctorate in Educational Administration from Northern Illinois University. He holds the series 7 and series 63 licenses issued by the National Association of Securities Dealers.
