Doreen F. Mackie joined Public Financial Management LLC in November of 2003 as a Senior Managing Consultant and is located in the Long Island, NY office.

Ms. Mackie markets the firm's investment products and services available to public entities available through local government investment pools.

Prior to joining PFM, Ms. Mackie spent her financial career of 17 years with Cadre Financial Services, Inc. and Cadre Securities, Inc., a New York based registered investment advisor and broker-dealer respectively. In her position as a First Vice President she was responsible for structuring portfolios for the investment of bond proceeds, managing the inside sales team, and the daily operations relating to broker-dealer activities.

Ms. Mackie's experience includes managing a customer service, sales-oriented and result-driven team of non-commissioned, NASD licensed investment professionals responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with targeted customer segments within the public entity sector.

Ms. Mackie currently holds NASD Series 63, 6 and 26 licenses.
