Steve Wisloski joined PFM in 1994, and relocated to PFM's San Francisco office in 2006, where he directs PFM's West Coast Structured Products practice.

Mr. Wisloski has executed over 800 investment transactions including guaranteed investment contracts, repurchase agreements, forward delivery agreements, swaps, and interest rate products, and escrow structuring and restructuring engagements. Mr. Wisloski planned and executed a series of innovative escrow restructurings that produced over $200 million of profits for numerous PFM clients.

Shortly after joining PFM, Mr. Wisloski received orders to report for active duty in the U.S. Air Force. From 1995 to 1997 he was stationed at the Air Force's Electronic Systems Center at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts, where he managed several major efforts to upgrade and deploy both ground radar and secure tactical communications systems. He is a recipient of the Air Force Commendation Medal.

Mr. Wisloski is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he studied Aeronautics and Astronautics, Political Science and Economics. He attended MIT on a ROTC scholarship.
