Mr. Link joined PFM in 2006 and is now a Managing Director at PFM Advisors, a division of PFM Asset Management LLC. 

Mr. Link is primary responsibilities are the Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) and deferred compensation consulting businesses at PFM.  He works with public employers across the country to provide education on the topics, to assist in vendor selection and to design investment and funding programs to meet clients’ needs.

Previously, Mr. Link has held senior level positions at several national financial organizations including Wachovia Bank, N.A. and T. Rowe Price.  His functional experience includes sales and client service, product development, and retirement plan design.

Mr. Link is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics with a minor in Management.
