Nelson L. Bush, a Senior Managing Consultant in the Arlington, VA office, joined PFM in 1993. Mr. Bush serves as client manager for participants in the Virginia State Non-Arbitrage Program (VA Snap).

In this role Mr. Bush helps the state, state agencies, municipal governments, and operating authorities in Virginia with the investment and tracking of bond proceeds in compliance with the IRS arbitrage rebate regulations. Mr. Bush also assists these entities with the investment management of operating funds, development of investment policies, and procurement of banking services.

Previously, Mr. Bush was the Director of Operations for the local government investment pools administered by PFM. His duties included management of the customer services staff, liaison with program counsel and custody banks, and development of new cash management services.

Mr. Bush is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
