Kirwan Elliott is a Senior Managing Consultant in PFM's Philadelphia office.

As a Senior Managing Consultant at PFM, Mr. Elliott is responsible for all aspects of project and client management. In addition, Mr. Elliott provides analytical and technical support to the financial advisory group which includes; bond sizing, refunding analyses, complex Excel spreadsheet modeling, debt capacity analyses, and preparing documentation for debt offerings.

Prior to joining PFM in February 2008, Mr. Elliott spent more than five years as a member of the Municipal Securities Group at UBS. During his time at UBS Mr. Elliott created detailed financial models to evaluate various general obligation and revenue bond financing structures including callable and non-callable fixed rate bonds, variable rate demand obligations, and auction rate certificates. He also evaluated a variety of derivative structures including synthetic fixed rate swaps, synthetic variable rate swaps, swaptions, basis swaps, constant maturity swaps, forward starting swaps, caps, and collars. In addition, Mr. Elliott was involved in writing proposals, participating in oral presentations, coordinating with rating agencies, insurers and other credit providers, and legal counsel in structuring, pricing, and closing transactions.

Mr. Elliott has assisted municipalities, professional sports franchises, higher education institutions, and student loan issuers to access the tax-exempt, taxable, and derivative debt markets.

Mr. Elliott graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business and a minor in Government.
