Donn Hanson joined Cadre Securities, now Public Financial Management in October of 2001.  Mr. Hanson is the lead member of the Minnesota marketing team charged with the responsibility of promoting the Minnesota School District Liquid Asset Fund (MSDLAF+) and the Minnesota Association of Governments Investing in Counties Fund (MAGIC).  He advises his clients in matters of investment pools, fixed rate investments, bond proceeds investments and cash flow management needs. 

Prior to serving in his current role with PFM, Mr. Hanson was a personal investment advisor with Bremer Investments.  He also held the position of chief financial officer in the Princeton, West Central Area, and Litchfield schools for a period of 17 years.  His experience in these Minnesota school districts included budget preparation, managing capital projects, labor management, short and long-term borrowing & investing and extensive interaction with both school boards and communities.

Mr. Hanson received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Mayville State College (ND).  He has two FINRA licenses - Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent Law).
