Richard Babbe, a senior managing consultant with our California investment advisory group, joined the PFM 1999. Mr. Babbe serves as a project manager for our California clients. Mr. Babbe's responsibilities include serving as a liaison between clients and the trading room, coordinating information about liquidity needs, new funds available for investment and general client needs. Mr. Babbe works closely with clients to formulate and implement a customized investment strategy designed to meet their specific investment objectives. Mr. Babbe also conducts training sessions for industry groups and clients regarding investment fundamentals and investment management techniques.

Prior to joining PFM, Mr. Babbe worked in government banking and public finance with Wells Fargo Bank, First Interstate Bank and Connell and Associates. Mr. Babbe has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture from U.C. Berkeley and a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at U.C.L.A. He is a Certified Cash Manager. FINRA Exams: Series 6 and 63
